Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Secret Clipboard website, support resources, and app-related services. Secret Clipboard for macOS is distributed through the Apple App Store.
App License
Secret Clipboard is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license agreement is provided on the App Store product page, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.
Pro In-App Purchase
Secret Clipboard Pro is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. It is not a subscription. Pro unlocks additional app features such as image history, larger retention limits, sanitizer, auto-clear, display controls, and appearance controls, subject to the current app version and App Store availability.
Purchases, refunds, billing, receipts, Family Sharing availability, taxes, and restore behavior are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not offer an external payment method for Pro.
Privacy And Clipboard Content
Secret Clipboard is designed for local clipboard history. It can reduce clipboard residue through sanitizer and auto-clear features, and it can encrypt saved local history when encryption is enabled. It is not a password manager, a complete data loss prevention system, or a guarantee that other apps cannot read the macOS clipboard while content is present there.
You are responsible for deciding what you copy, what you keep in history, and which protection settings are appropriate for your use.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Secret Clipboard or the website to violate the law, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or other users.
Support
We may provide support by email or through the website, but support is not guaranteed to be available at all times or for every issue. Do not send secrets, passwords, tokens, private clipboard contents, or confidential materials in support requests.
Changes To The App Or Website
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, website content, pricing, or availability. If Pro features change materially, we will aim to describe the current feature set clearly in the app and on the website.
No Warranties
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will detect every secret, prevent every accidental paste, preserve every clipboard item, or be error-free.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kyrylo Kovalin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or security, arising from use of the app or website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ukraine, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
